Handover of Library Chairs

On the 6th January the library chairs were finally handed over to TOCIDA. The handover was done by the two Tororo Rotarians; Betty and Dennis, to Mrs. Owor. The registered users of the Library stood at 1,050 by the end of January. 16 more than than in December. The average use of the library is 30 people during term time, and now with 40 extra chairs the lack of seating has now been eliminated!
